Christmas Adventures

We have been having a lot of fun this past month. It seems like when the holiday's come around the time flies and I am consumed with all sorts of fun activities. This year has been especially fun so far. We have gone to the Jubilee of Trees, went to Salt Lake for Thanksgiving to spend with all of our family, went and saw Twilight with my sisters and mom, saw the lights of Downtown Salt Lake City, and even snuck in a little bit of Black Friday shopping. I am so excited for all of the many more activities that we have planned for this coming month. But mostly, I am excited for the Christmas season and why we really celebrate Christmas. It always re-centers my focus on the gospel and my testimony. So Merry Christmas everybody hope you enjoy your holiday as much as I do.

Happy Halloween 2011

We had a great Halloween this year! We had some visitors in St. George for our Halloween party. Talon helped our family come up with our theme this year. Every time I asked him what he wanted to be for Halloween he would tell me he wanted to be a firetruck. So with the help of Becky we made it happen. I also took Talon trick-or-treating but learned the hard way that not a lot of people here go trick-or-treating anymore. They do the trunk or treat. So we really only made it to a few houses. But he is the right age now that he is really loving it. Still he is going around the house saying, "Oh Trick-or-Treat" So I guess now that Halloween is over it's time to gear up for the next few holiday's. And start thinking about next year's costumes.

We're Baaaack!!

Well after nearly a year gone, I am back. I decided to start fresh over with a new blog since things in my life are starting over in a sense. This past year has brought so much change to my life. Some good, some not. Some of these things are: A move to a new place, a divorce, a new job, holiday's and birthday's, and even a trip to the temple, plus so much more!! Talon and I are doing so great now and we are constantly having fun and enjoying life.
